I applied online then walang reply, nag apply ako sa branch nila, 2 weeks na wala pang reply. Ano kaya nangyari? maganda sana yung sa visa electron ng ePCI kaso BDO na ngayon tapos di pa pwede yung international debit card nila. any other ways for this? :( ilang weeks ba hanggang ma approved yung EON application?
