Smart Bro Sucks

I never thought that I’d experience what others were saying about smart bro about its poor service.

I first had an account with them around November 2006 in our house in Manila, never had any serious downtimes or problems with it so when I moved to a new place in Pasay city, I picked smart bro to still be my internet provider. I had this connection since December of 2007 and I already had several downtime experienced and the worst is now. It’s not that I don’t have a connection, it’s just too slow. I am experiencing the problem for 3 continuous days now and this kind of internet service really sucks!

Another worst thing is when I called the customer service. The representative asked me to unplug the internet cable from my cpu, then plug it again. It didn’t work, and then he asked me to turn off my anti-virus and try to surf again. What an idiot! Is this the kind of technical support their customers should have?

Can anybody please suggest a better provider? I’d like to switch to a better one though I am still within the 1-year locked-in contract with them.

    ung kausap ko lagi sa chat, smart bro din sya.. halos, lagi ngang nawawalan ng connection.. hmmm, try mo kaya globe kuya.. meron ba sila?

    Your 3 continuous days is nothing compared to my several weeks of bad service…. I don’t know why their service is so bad.
