Paypal Withdrawal Is Faster Than What They Claim

Few days back, I was lurking into Jozzua’s two problems with the unionbank eon-paypal setup and it’s healthy discussion in the comments area. They’ve been talking about withdrawing paypa thru the eon debit card which I haven’t tried before as I still prefer the fast way I know to withdraw it because I don’t like the 5-7 days processing that paypal says.

With curiousity, I tried withdrawing a small amount out of my verified philippine paypal account thru eon. It was lunch Yesterday, November 15th (14th in my paypal) when I took $100 thru the eon way and guess what? When I woke up 10am today, the process is already completed. That was really fast knowing that paypal said that it will take around 5-7 days to process.

Now the big question….is it already in my eon card and available to withdraw? I’ll check it out later today and will give an update!

Oh sorry, was too busy and forgot to give the update. I went that day to an atm machine and the money wasn’t available yet, but it was available the next day (Saturday) by 1pm, so it took around 2 days. Not bad!
