After the previous announcement that we can now withdraw paypal money to Philippine banks, we’ve been having hard times trying to figure what what really the 9-digit code that paypal asks when we try to add our bank account details. And now, paypal have released the official list.

Yes it is confirmed, paypal now allows local users to withdraw your paypal money to a local bank account and in vice versa, add funds to your paypal from a Philippine based bank account.

No charge will be given if the transaction amount is exactly or above Php7000.00 but for transactions of Php6999.99 and lower, a Php50.00 charge will be applied.

All you need to apply is your bank name, bank code and your account number.

Someone discovered a vulnerability which can be used by malicious people to conduct a sql injection attack. When I first learned about it, I asked the person who told me about it to prove it by logging into my site as admin and he really got in. When another friend told me how to do it, I tried it to a friend’s article dashboard powered directory and I also got into his admin panel without even knowing his username and password.
