Adsense Not Allowed For Filipinos?

While checking the seophilippines forum earlier, I saw this thread discussing about the legality of having both adsense and bidvertiser in the same page wherein I replied that it can be done as I have already asked Google support about it. And to make sure of things, I have sent them another mail in regards to the subject, this time, I have showed them a sample page from one of my site using Filipino as its main language containing 2 different ad programs installed along with adsense in it. I’ve got the reply in less than 24 hours but the query wasn’t answered, instead, I’ve got an interesting answer about the adsense installed in the sample page, here’s what their mail contains:

At this time, we’re able to offer ad targeting and support for the
languages listed here:
https://www.google.com/support/adsense/bin/answer.py?answer=9727. If you
place the ad code on pages with content primarily in an unsupported
language, we may show public service ads or ads in another language.

Until we are able to offer this service targeted to your specific
language, please remove the AdSense ad code from your site. We appreciate
your patience as we expand our program.

This reply made me think hard, should I remove the adsense from my sites running with local languages or was it just an advice that if I run adsense into sites with local languages, only public service ads will be displayed which will surely not generate as an income?

    hmmm.. so ibig sabihin, kailangang English ang main language na gagamitin mo sa blog mo, for your adsense to work? hmmmmmm…….

    di pala ako pwedeng maglagay sa blog ko.. hehehe…

    I don’t think this is true. There are known pinoy blogs using our language who already earned.

    Yes I also know that adsense shows and let fellow filipinos earn though their site uses local language, I was just wondering what was with the message I received…

    ok lang kahit may tagalog, basta primary language nung blog mo or website, english. yun ang pagkakaintindi ko dun :)
